v and m — one row down

You learn the v and the m: your index fingers curl one row down and come back.

How to find the key

  1. Curl your left index finger from the f down to the v.
  2. Curl your right index finger from the j down to the m.
  3. Keep your wrist still and go back to the bump.

  2. Press the space bar.
  3. Type have, curling down for the v.

Try it yourself

This is best practised in the real exercise, where you click, drag or tap yourself.

Practise this

Watch out

  • You pull your whole hand down to reach the v.

Curl only your finger and keep your wrist still.

Tips

  • Think of the curl as the opposite of the reach.
  • Return to the bump after every curl.

Why it works

The bottom row is a curl instead of a reach. The v is below the f and the m is below the j. Your index fingers know these places from the bumps. Keep your wrist still.
